Our refund policy is as follows:

General Refund Policy: As a policy, since online digital products such as downloadable files, software, e-books, or online courses include immediate access to content, refunds for these products are not offered once the material has been accessed or downloaded. Due to the non-tangible nature of digital goods, means it cannot be “reclaimed” once it has been accessed or used, we will only offer refunds under certain special circumstances.

Special Circumstances: In the unlikely event of the course collective being permanently removed from the website’s dashboard for registered & authorized users, they are eligible to receive a full refund. This is only applicable for purchases made within 1-2 days before the course content was irreversibly removed.
