# Samridhi Dance Foundation

> Samridhi Dance Foundation (SDF) is an online and offline Bharatanatyam
> classical dance school founded in 2016 by Smt. Rakshita Raghunathan.
> SDF offers structured Bharatanatyam training for beginners, adults, and
> advanced performers across 20+ countries through live online classes.
> SDF is a registered member of the International Dance Council
> (UNESCO-CID) and the World Artistic Dance Federation (WADF). SDF has
> trained 200+ students since 2016, pioneering online Bharatanatyam
> education since before the pandemic.

Samridhi Dance Foundation specializes in authentic Guru-Sishya Parampara
(teacher-student lineage) based Bharatanatyam training delivered through
live virtual classrooms. Programs include group batch classes (limited to
8 students per batch), 1-on-1 intensive training for personalized
progress and arangetram preparation, and the Essentials of Bharatanatyam
certificated course. Classes are available for children (5+), adults of
all ages, and returning dancers. Students span India, United States,
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Germany,
and 15+ other countries.
